Preparation and Cooking Instructions:
- Bring 4 qts. water or stock to a boil.
- Stir in 2 lbs. Grade A Wild Rice, reduce heat and simmer covered for 40-50 minutes, or until desired texture.
- Drain any excess liquid if necessary and fluff with fork and serve.
Storage : 65 Degrees F Store In A Cool Dry Place
